SUNKEN MEADOW PARKWAY NORTH to exit SM4 Westbound (Pulaski-East Northport Road). Proceed 1/2 mile on Pulaski East-Northport Road to Meadow Glen Road. Turn right on Meadow Glen Road and proceed 1 mile to the farm.
BUSES:
Take L.I Expressway to Exit 52 North (Commack Road); proceed 5 1/2 miles north on Commack Road (changes its name to Town Line Road) to Pulaski Road. Turn right on Pulaski Road and proceed 3/10 mile to the first road on your left, which is Meadow Glen Road. Turn left on Meadow Glen Road and proceed 1 mile to the farm. Turn left on Susan Drive ( just before the farm) and park on the right hand side of the road.
